Day 8: To not think

click on photo to see larger version

"One does not think during creative work, any more than one thinks when driving a car. But one has a background of years - learning, unlearning, success, failure, dreaming, thinking, experience, all this - then the moment of creation, the focusing of all into the moment."
EDWARD WESTON[1886 – 1958]
American artist photographer

oh light light light- it eludes me-
I love coming to your site and seeing the beauty- I am hoping that it will transmit through the computer to the keyboard to my fingers to my brain, then back out to my fingers as I snap my photos.

Beautiful photo. What a great tribute to a friend. He also has an incredible wife who was a classmate of mine. I didn't know her well - but she is legendary for her kindness and compassion. Between you and Susan, sounds like Rick is a lucky guy.
